Who we are

ResoBridge Consulting ("ResoBridge", "we", "us") provides business intelligence, analytics and market research services. This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through resobridge.com. Questions about it can be sent to info@resobridge.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic usage data:

• Enquiry details — the name, email address, company name and message you submit through our contact form.
• Usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site, collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement.
• To understand which pages and services are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets cookies that record a randomised identifier, pages viewed and how you arrived. IP addresses are handled by Google in anonymised form. You can block these cookies through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as there is an active or prospective business relationship, and then deleted. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured on the property.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that operate this site and our business systems — currently our website host and Google Analytics — and where we are required to by law. We do not pass your details to other companies for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@resobridge.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date above.
